Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate with experience in managing Sustainability/ESG projects in consulting, corporate roles, or rating agencies. The ideal candidate should possess:

- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- A solid understanding of sustainability disclosures and sector‑specific ESG nuances.

- Capability to perform benchmarking exercises for ESG parameters across various sectors and corporates.

- Expertise in enhancing ESG assessment frameworks by integrating sector‑specific ESG risk factors.

- Commitment to staying updated on evolving ESG disclosure trends, sustainable finance, and industry assessments.

- Ability to manage both external and internal interfaces, including conducting client presentations, gathering feedback from market participants, and maintaining regular interactions with analysts and operations teams.

- Conduct training sessions focused on ESG assessment methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Environmental Science, or related fields; an MBA is preferred.

- 2–8 years of experience in ESG consulting, reporting, or evaluation.

- Strong technical knowledge of ESG assessment requirements across different sectors, including the ability to interpret reported data, compute proxies, validate information, and perform benchmarking.

- Deep understanding of non‑financial disclosure standards both in India and globally.

- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and effective presentation abilities.

- Ability to collaborate with diverse operating teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
