We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior accountant to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations while actively contributing to process improvements.

In This Position, You Will:

1. Take care of the financial and business administration of the organization.
2. Managing customers invoices and suppliers payments.
3. Support in financial reporting and month-end closing tasks.
4. Management and follow-up of purchase orders.
5. Monitor accounts receivables.
6. Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
7. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
8. Coordination with HR and general administration.
9. Actively contribute to the further improvement of working and financial administrative processes in the organization.

For This Position, The Following Requirements Apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
5. Good organisational & time management skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Sees opportunities and enjoys sharing own ideas, improvements, and solutions.
