Opportunity: R2R Specialist (General ledger) -Accountant Specialist

What will you do?

- Ensure Month-end closing activities
- Ensure the timely execution on a monthly basis of the balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Manage Profit/Loss accounting activities -timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial results
- Application of accounting standards and practices
- Complete accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, providing explanations for movements
- Review and process accrual and prepayment journals -support financial report/billing transactions
- Support internal and external audits
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify process harmonization and improvement opportunities
- Support the integration of new team members by delivering complete knowledge transfer

What you'll need to succeed?

- Accountancy qualification
- Comfortable using Excel
- Strong command of verbal and written English
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs
- Ability to deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changes, and strive for quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Pro-active, responsive and action orientated
