Order Support Specialist with Polish Language

Become an Order Support Specialist for the most well-known consumer electronics brand

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues with precision? We are seeking a dedicated Order Support Specialist for the Polish Market to join our client's Retail Back-Office Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in handling escalations from customer-facing colleagues, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues related to the fulfillment of online orders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you

The work mode is hybrid for this project, with onsite component in Lisbon (Portugal).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and complex issues from order induction to delivery, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
2. Liaison and Communication: Work closely with partners to resolve issues, removing the customer from the loop for a seamless experience. Communicate resolutions and updates via phone and email.
3. Record-Keeping: Perform detailed tasks in SAP, adhering to protocols with utmost accuracy.
4. Investigation and Decision-Making: Conduct thorough investigations that impact customer and partner relations, always aiming for quick customer satisfaction.
5. Process Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of web purchases, from handling changes to completing RMAs.

Required Experience:

1. Language Proficiency: Flawless written and oral communication skills in Polish (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
2. Residence: Residence permit for Portugal or EU member state citizenship.
3. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with high accuracy, understanding the importance of small details.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong proactive problem-solving skills, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
5. Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Experience in a back-office environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. KPI Focused: Interest in self and team performance metrics, with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
9. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, but training can be provided.
10. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime occasionally, as this role is directly related to order volume.
11. Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and camaraderie are valued.
