As part of an international project, we are looking to hire a Revenue Operations Business Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing key business processes, initially with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities.
  • Providing operational support to multiple stakeholders, including Customer Solution Managers, Partner and Territory Ecosystem teams, and their managers.
  • Working with the Senior Business Partner to streamline, simplify, and standardize processes and systems.
  • Improving efficiency and enabling scalable operations.
  • Enhancing transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making to contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Facilitating GTM transformation and continuous improvement.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Revenue Operations Business Partner.
  • Strong business understanding and acumen.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Expertise in MS Tools.
  • Skills in reporting tools (considered a plus).
  • Good English proficiency (other languages like French or Italian are a plus).
