As a key link between Procurement, Business Development, and Project Management, you will oversee the grid connection process and administrative milestones.

Responsibilities

- Lead and control the grid connection process, reporting progress and ensuring design and execution of evacuation infrastructure.

- Stakeholder Interaction: Manage communication and coordination with Distribution and Transmission System Operators (TSOs/DNOs) to secure grid connections.

- Technical Support: Provide technical input during negotiations at connection nodes to secure Grid Sharing Agreements.

- Schedule Coordination: Prepare and manage connection schedules with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams, and alert Project Manager of potential delays or risks.

- Impact & Risk Assessment: Assess impacts of planning or execution delays, especially concerning shared infrastructure, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor risks along the critical path.

- Administrative Support: Assist the Project Manager with administrative processes related to evacuation infrastructure, flagging any issues from PV, wind, or BESS systems that may impact timelines.

- Cost Estimation: Support Procurement in estimating and validating costs for evacuation infrastructure, ensuring technically optimal and cost‑effective solutions.

- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate infrastructure readiness and compliance as part of the due diligence process.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Energy, or related field.

- At least 3 years managing grid connection processes with TSOs/DNOs, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectors.

- Strong technical expertise in grid‑sharing agreements, evacuation infrastructure, and risk assessment; proven coordination across EPC and procurement teams.

- Highly detail‑oriented, proactive in identifying and mitigating project risks; passionate about successful energy projects.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to work in fast‑paced environments.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English required. Additional languages a plus.
