THE ROLE
We are looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst for an international project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities;
2. Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK including Data Subject Rights Requests;
3. Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space;
4. Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within CIB;
5. Develop and share best practices with the data protection network.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1. Minimum English level of C1;
2. Mandatory experience/ academic background on EU GDPR;
3. Knowledge of other Privacy laws and regulations is a plus;
4. Full proficiency of MSOffice suite;
5. Proficiency of project management tools and methodologies;
6. Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience;
7. Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks;
8. Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability.
