About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our marketplace. In this role, you'll craft and execute a sales strategy, prospect potential sellers, and build strong, lasting relationships to drive business growth.
As part of our early-stage startup team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's future, with the opportunity to grow, build, and embrace different roles and responsibilities within Bloop as we grow together.
Your Mission
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a strong focus on growth and performance targets.
- Implement and ensure strong relationships to grow the business.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding and a great seller experience.
- Focused on leveraging data to drive growth and consistently achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Stay up to date with market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity, especially in e-commerce and marketplace environments.
- Use our CRM as your bread and butter daily tool. Keeping it updated with all Sales cycle related data.
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of experience in Sales. Experience in e-commerce/marketplaces is a strong plus.
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and goals oriented.
- A team player capable of working with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Tech teams to drive business forward.
- Strong interpersonal and commercial instincts.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Experience with Zapier or other automation tools is a strong plus.
