- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams;
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Agile delivery;
- Proven experience facilitating multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams;
- Experience working with international and geographically distributed teams;
- Strong ability to manage impediments, dependencies, risks and blockers;
- Experience coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders;
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards or equivalent Agile project management tools (mandatory);
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills;
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to promote team collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement; Want to work in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid) ? Do you have more than 5 years of experience? Then this is what we have for you: 1400€–2000€ (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits + other current benefits
