- Prepare and submit tenders and proposals in line with client requirements and deadlines.

- Analyze tender documentation to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate necessary data for proposals.

- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and technical information.

- Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and outcomes.

- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential challenges for each project.

- Provide support during contract negotiations and project handovers.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve tender strategies.

Perfil ideal

- Proven experience in tendering or proposal management, ideally within the energy and natural resources industry.

- Strong knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of project bids.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.

- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
