Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a structured and analytical junior profile to join our Operations team.

You’ll be the go-to person for managing data tables, tracking tools, and helping streamline our internal processes across different countries.

Your mission:

- Create, manage and update internal tracking tables (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.).
- Analyze data and highlight trends to help decision-making.
- Build clear and simple reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Work closely with other teams (Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal…) to help align data and processes..
- Spot inconsistencies or issues in our current workflows and suggest improvements.
- Support the rollout of new tools or processes across markets.

You’ll be great in this role if:

- You love working with data and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- You’re detail-oriented and organized.
- You enjoy solving problems and making things more efficient
- You can write and speak in English clearly (working language).
- You want to grow in operations, data, or business support roles.
