Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent in Portugal will be:

- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.

- Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.

- Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.

- Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.

- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Review and provide feedback on help content. Perform other assigned tasks.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English.

- Passion for Technical Support.

- Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks promptly.

- Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality.

- Problem-solving; skillful identification and escalation of issues for timely resolution.

- Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal.

- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.

- Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU country.

What is in it for you?

- Contract of 6 months.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational). Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Days Off: 2 Days Rotational.

- Salary conditions: 1116€ gross/month (paid 12 times) + performance bonus 120€.

- Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN.

If you're relocating from outside of Portugal:

- Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip).

- Reimbursement of the flight on 6th month of contract.
