Our client is a digital transformation and AI-powered automation consultancy that helps businesses improve efficiency and operational performance. They specialise in areas like Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, business process management, and value engineering, offering services from strategic development to implementation and support.

Services:

- AI-powered automation: Specialising in RPA, Generative AI, and conversational AI to enhance business processes and customer interactions.
- Business process management: Helping companies understand and improve their current business processes.
- Value engineering: Identifying ways to improve business value through a more strategic approach.
- Digital transformation: Assisting clients in developing and executing strategies for digital change.
- Support and training: Offering ongoing support and training programs to help clients manage their new systems autonomously.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems;
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Collaborate with senior administrators to support complex IT environments;
- Troubleshoot system and network issues as they arise;
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability;
- Document processes and procedures related to system administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Linux System Administrator to join a rapid leader in AI/RPA Solutions based fully remotely in Portugal.
