About the Role

Full Stack Developer – Java + Angular (Senior, 5+ years). Hybrid in Porto. Candidates must already reside in Portugal.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring/Spring Boot.

- Implement and improve front‑end applications with Angular 10+, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

- Build, document and consume REST APIs.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

- Ensure application security and performance best practices.

Qualifications

- 4–5 years of full‑stack development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Java (8+) and Spring/Spring Boot.

- Hands‑on experience with Angular (10+), components, services, and observables.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and front‑end best practices.

- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.

- Proven ability to build and consume REST APIs.

- Proficiency with Git and version control.

- Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of web security and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito; Jasmine, Karma).

- Fluent in English (spoken and written). French language skills are a plus.

- Resides in Portugal and able to work in a hybrid model.
