What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a senior Application Production Support profile with Expert-level English to join an exciting opportunity in the banking sector, focused on supporting AI-driven applications. The consultant will be integrated into the Production Team within the Banking and Financing Services business area, particularly the Artificial Intelligence Unit.

The role will involve support for:

- RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Other innovative AI projects

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide direct IT support to the business
- Ensure proper coverage during working shifts
- Handle requests via email, phone, or in person
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders
- Analyze underlying issues and propose sustainable solutions
- Automate daily tasks using scripts and other tools
- Be available for rotating shifts on weekends/holidays

Key Technical Skills:

- Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs)
- Performance monitoring tools (preferably Dynatrace)
- RPA tools (preferably Blue Prism)
- Infrastructure as Code (preferably Ansible)
