- Structure and manage a portfolio of financial instruments (energy derivatives);
- Develop trading and hedging strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Take direct responsibility for P&L and risk management;
- Create frameworks, processes, and governance structures in a "build from scratch" environment;
- Work closely with business teams and senior leadership. Profile
