What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from start to delivery
- Manage project timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate activities across technical and business teams
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organise and facilitate project meetings and follow-up actions
- Track progress, deliverables and project milestones
- Identify risks and issues and support their resolution
- Prepare project status updates and reporting
- Ensure clear communication between all parties involved
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and ways of working What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Experience coordinating different teams and stakeholders
- Good understanding of project planning, delivery and risk management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working autonomously in an international setting
- Fl sFluent French
- Good level of English Nice to have
- Experience within IT, Digital or Technology projects
- Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or other relevant certification
- Experience working with distributed or international teams Working Model
- Remote from Portugal
- French is mandatory
