Responsibilities

- Lead the call centre site

- Be responsible for driving operational efficiency

- Manage site level budgets and cost control

- Engage with multiple stakeholders

- Manage, coach and develop managers

- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

- Drive employee engagement and retention

Qualifications

- Have 7+ years of experience in call centre management

- Are experienced in BPO/contact centres and their metrics

- Need to show business acumen

- Can manage change in a fast-paced environment

- Work well in an organisation where performance is key

- Have experience in dealing with multinational clients and workforce

- Have native level Portuguese and English language skills. Spanish would be a bonus
