Digital Consulting we are building a team of exceptional individuals that are passionate about learning, quick at adapting, and seeking to continuously improve as professionals and as people. We are looking for a driven Junior Data Analyst that is passionate about understanding businesses and delivering insight to help solve problems. The ideal candidate is a university graduate in an analytical field (such as Engineering or Economics), with at least 2 years of corporate work experience. As a Junior Data Analyst & Automation Operations you will have four main tasks:
- Manage automation platforms as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Clean and transform data, calculate useful analysis indicators and build automated reports using PowerBI.
- Carry out ad-hoc and recurring analysis for different projects. This includes writing reports and building presentations for consulting teams as well as clients. Let's talk about you:
- You are an analytically driven individual
- meticulous and inquisitive in your analysis work.
- You are curious about businesses and are motivated to solve problems.
- You are a clear communicator and can explain complex topics to both technical and business teams.
- You are proactive and autonomous when getting work done.
- You understand key marketing and sales business metrics.
- You must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese. And the hard-

skills:
- You know spreadsheets like the palm of your hand;
- You are proficient in building queries in SQL and Python;
- (As a plus) Youhave experience using DAX and building reports in PowerBI.
- (Another plus) You know your way round LLM platforms (ElasticSearch and Open AI). What is waiting for you:
