As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing software at a senior level while also defining product priorities, combining technical implementation with business strategy.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain high‑quality software solutions;

- Define product roadmap, prioritize features and manage the product backlog;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

- Provide technical guidance across projects and ensure alignment between development efforts and business goals, balancing technical and strategic decisions.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;

- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer;

- Strong proficiency in Java and C#/C++;

- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills;

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
