We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality technical solutions.

What you will be doing

• Contribute to solution concept development using strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and external applications.

• Build and customise plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to technical specifications, architecture decisions, and documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across environments.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Proven experience developing plugins, workflows, and customisations for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience working with Azure DevOps and agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, conceptual-thinking, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• Good level of Portuguese and English, spoken and written (minimum B2).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. MB-901, MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.

Plus (not required but valued)

• Experience designing complex integrations using APIs, web services, or Azure components.

• Exposure to Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of best practices for performance, security, and maintainability in Dynamics 365.
