In this role you will be the voice of a major player in the telecommunications sector, working from our modern offices in Porto, providing top‑tier support to customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance: Handling incoming queries via phone, email, or chat regarding telecommunication products and services.

- Problem Solving: Diagnosing technical issues, billing questions, or service disruptions and providing clear, effective solutions.

- Customer Satisfaction: ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note, building trust and loyalty with the user base.

- Data Management: Accurately recording customer interactions and technical details in the internal database.

- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on new product features, service plans, and troubleshooting procedures to provide the most accurate information.

Who We Are Looking For

- Language Skills: Native or C1/C2 level proficiency in French (excellent spelling and grammar are a must). B2 level of English for internal communication and training.

- Local Residency: Mandatory. Must currently reside within a 30km radius of Porto. This is a strictly on‑site position.

- Communication: Excellent active listening skills, empathy, ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and an interest in telecom or tech products.

- Availability: Available to work rotational shifts. Operating hours Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
