We are looking for an Enterprise Process Expert within the “Order and Distribution to Cash” process tower to join our team as part of the Axial Programme – a large‑scale transformation program powered by S/4HANA.

Overview of the Programme

The Axial Programme will implement S/4HANA across the organisation, standardising processes, enhancing financial management, and providing real‑time reporting. The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily and will shape how we work globally for many years to come.

What You’ll Do

- Project Management

- Collaborate with SAP and Visibility Platform to manage SAP BNL carrier onboarding activities, ensuring a structured project plan with clear tasks and a timeline aligned with the overall programme plan.

- Prepare and organise project kick‑off and follow‑up meetings with LSPs, actively engaging to communicate and explain onboarding concepts, negotiate and agree project milestones.

- Drive internal discussion and alignment with project stakeholders, discuss and follow up project tasks, and host regular project meetings.

- Provide status updates to the Axial steering committee, third‑party engagement team, and business stakeholders in Global Logistics Function.

- Process Design

- Work closely with the Axial Distribution process team to detail the transportation management process design relevant to touchpoints and interfaces with LSPs.

- Engage Axial functional/process experts to drive detailed process design and integration discussions with LSPs.

- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, and report and elevate them to relevant process or technical experts to drive resolutions.

- Support the deployment and change activities.

- Onboarding and Integration

- Understand the details of different BNL/Project44 integration approaches and options, and initiate integration meetings with LSP business and IT teams.

- Collaborate with SAP, Visibility Platform and/or AZ integration specialists to drive integration discussions with LSP and agree on the best integration approach/option.

- Work closely with the integration specialist to manage integration mapping discussions and engage relevant Axial functional resources to support.

- Coordinate BNL integration testing with LSPs.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Proven experience of SAP Transportation Management and/or Business Network for Logistics as consultant, process owner or key user.

- Strong project management, organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation processes and LSP/supplier management, preferably on a global or at least regional level.

- Technical knowledge of interface approaches such as IDOC, EDI, XML, API, etc.

- Ability to handle ambiguities and establish structured ways of working.

- Skill in managing diverse, indirect teams, multiple cultures and negotiating different interests.

- Ability to translate and communicate technical information in business language.

- Proficiency in English.
