DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas: - DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams; - DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed; - DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures. Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers We are searching for a Platform Expert Salesforce for a project based in Lisbon: Profile: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Expert specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform management, with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our marketing, sales, and service processes. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support marketing, sales, and service operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant). - Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and administration. - Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
