Description/Key Responsibilities:

· Conception, specification and development of assembly lines and assembly tools (according to the scope of the project), including the definition of the process sequence, cycle time and assembly method.

· Preparation of cost estimates for assembly lines and tools.

· Monitoring of the material acquisition process. · Monitoring and support 3rd party suppliers on line/ equipment development phase.

· Report and documentation of problems and occurrences during line/ equipment development phase by 3rd party suppliers.

· Support of line/ equipment launch phase on the shopfloor, including the identification of gaps to the requirements and features to improve and the monitoring of the resolution.

· Development of support documentation for the assembly process.

· Support the process engineer on the identification of improvement opportunities during the line life cycle.

· Development/ implementation of improvement opportunities identified.

Note: reporting directly to the head of the industrial engineering area.

Requirements:

· Higher education in relevant areas: Electrical/ Electromechanical/ Mechanical/ Automation Engineering.

· Good knowledge in 3D modeling.

· Good communication, organization and documentation skills.

· Ability to work in a team and individually.

· Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.

· Good command of English (spoken and written).
