Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Gold), diversity (gender index: 92%), and quality of work life (Best Workplace Experience), Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas: Quantitative FinanceRisk, Compliance, and RegulatoryOperations and FinanceTransformation and OrganizationInformation SystemsWe are looking for aBusiness Analyst – Finance and RiskMain tasksCoordinate theclosing calendar , ensuring deadlines and data delivery milestones are met.Manage and maintainreference dataacross systems (MDM/RFR).Monitor and controldaily data productionwithin the RFA, RFC and IR2 data chains.Provide1st-level functional supportto end‐users, handling questions, issues and incidents.Define, execute and validatetest plans(functional tests, regression, acceptance).Create and updatefunctional documentation , including procedures, working instructions, validation statements, release notes and data models.Performoperational permanent controlsto ensure data quality, completeness and consistency.Follow up on data loads, reconciliations and integration flows across Finance, Risk and ALMT systems.Support enhancement initiatives of the Data Warehouse and reporting systems (FINREP, Liquidity, Risk, ALM, IFRS9).Your Profile and SkillsExperience & Background3 to 6 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst / Functional Analystin Finance, Risk, ALM or Data Warehouse environments.Hands‐on experience infunctional administration , user support and production monitoring.Solid experience intest plan definition, execution and validation.Technical SkillsStrongSQLskills (mandatory) — data analysis, investigation, query writing.Experience withSAS Enterprise Guide.Working knowledge ofPower BIfor reporting and control.Added value: familiarity withRisk ,Finance ,ALMand regulatory reporting concepts.Soft SkillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Highly organised, rigorous and reliable in handling processes and deadlines.Clear communication skills with both business and technical teams.Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and resolve issues autonomously.Team‐oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment.Hybrid work model , with presence required in eitherLisbon or Porto , depending on candidate location.
