The opportunity
EY is looking for a RPA Developer to help us grow our Intelligent Automation team. Overall, this person should be a team player, have a strong interest in business optimization/transformation topics and display specific related skills and capabilities such as experience working with UiPath.
Your key responsibilities
1. Be part of the development, management and implementation of RPA projects with a high level of efficiency and quality.
2. Optimization and automation of business processes in different clients.
3. Elaboration of technical documentation.
4. Follow the implementation of specific requirements and guidelines in accordance with local, national and global requirements.
5. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
6. Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff.
7. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.
8. Contribute to the team's good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role you must have
1. Academic education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and Management, Engineering or similar.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in the development of RPA projects (UiPath, Blue Prism or Power Automate), mainly in consulting environment.
3. Experience in analyzing and designing processes and identifying improvements from a digitization and automation perspective.
4. Experience/knowledge in digital workers orchestration (working with orchestrators in RPA technologies).
5. Knowledge and interest in different intelligent automation technologies (e.g., BPM, OCR, ML, etc.).
6. Interest in developing new solutions in different technologies related to intelligent automation.
7. Programming experience in low-code/no-code or hard-code technologies.
8. Full English Proficiency.
Ideally, you'll also have
1. Scrum Master certification.
2. UiPath certification.
3. SQL knowledge is highly valued.
4. Knowledge in IT architectures is valued.
