About Us

We are a leading international company specializing in providing exceptional customer service and content moderation. We are expanding our team in multiple sunny locations across Europe and are looking for dedicated, motivated, and skilled Portuguese-speaking individuals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

- Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Portuguese (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.

- EU Citizenship or Working VISA.

- Willingness to relocate.
