Senior Consultant – Oracle Service Cloud (Implementation Lead)

Na Mootiva, estamos a recrutar um Senior Consultant – Oracle Service Cloud Implementation Lead para integrar um projeto internacional de grande dimensão no setor dos Serviços Financeiros.

Esta função terá um papel crítico na implementação end-to-end do Oracle Service Cloud (OSC), liderando a configuração da plataforma desde a raiz e coordenando a migração de múltiplos sistemas legacy para uma solução única, escalável e alinhada com as melhores práticas Oracle.

Responsabilidades principais

- Desenhar e implementar a arquitetura funcional e técnica de Oracle Service Cloud
- Liderar a configuração de workspaces, regras de negócio, workflows, SLAs e canais de atendimento (email, chat, knowledge base)
- Mapear e integrar requisitos provenientes de sistemas legacy (CRM e sistemas financeiros)
- Coordenar processos de migração de dados, assegurando qualidade, consistência e segurança
- Atuar como Subject Matter Expert (SME) junto de equipas técnicas e stakeholders de negócio
- Participar ativamente em discussões de roadmap e evolução da plataforma
- Liderar e orientar equipas técnicas multidisciplinares ao longo de todo o ciclo do projeto
- Apoiar fases de testing (SIT/UAT), go-live e estabilização pós-implementação

Perfil pretendido

Obrigatório

- Experiência sólida (mín. 5 anos) em implementação de Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
- Forte domínio de configuração da plataforma (workspaces, business rules, workflows, data model)
- Experiência em migração de dados e integração com sistemas legacy
- Conhecimentos de extensibilidade (.NET/C#, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript/PHP – quando aplicável)
- Boa compreensão de arquitetura Oracle Service Cloud (UI, Application Services, Data Layer)
- Experiência em contextos enterprise e programas de transformação digital

Valorizado

- Experiência prévia em Financial Services, Banking ou Insurance
- Conhecimentos de Oracle Integration Cloud ou outras soluções Oracle CX
- Certificação Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle B2C Service
- Experiência em reporting, analytics ou dashboards de serviço
