Estamos à procura de um Senior Azure Fabric Cloud and Data Architect para liderar o design, implementação e otimização de ecossistemas baseados em Azure e Azure Service Fabric. O candidato ideal terá uma vasta experiência na arquitetura de soluções escaláveis, seguras e resilientes utilizando os serviços de dados do Azure (Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).

Responsabilidades:

1. Arquitetura Azure Service Fabric & Cloud:

- Conceber e manter clusters Azure Service Fabric para alojar microserviços e aplicações com/sem estado.

- Supervisionar toda a arquitetura de soluções baseadas no Azure, incluindo computação, redes, segurança e armazenamento.

- Desenvolver as melhores práticas para alta disponibilidade, escalabilidade e desempenho em ambientes multi-tenant e nativos da cloud.

2. Arquitetura de Dados & Estratégia:

- Arquitetar e implementar soluções robustas para ingestão, transformação e armazenamento de dados utilizando Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Storage, e Synapse Analytics.

- Definir e gerir políticas de governação de dados, garantindo a segurança, qualidade e conformidade com os regulamentos relevantes (DORA, RGPD, HIPAA, etc.).

- Colaborar com equipas de ciência de dados e análise para criar pipelines eficientes que suportem workloads de analytics, reporting e machine learning.

3. Infraestrutura como Código & Automação:

- Desenvolver templates de Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) utilizando ferramentas como o Terraform, ARM templates ou Bicep para implementações automatizadas e consistentes.

- Implementar as melhores práticas de DevOps (CI/CD, monitorização, logging) para otimizar os ciclos de release e melhorar a eficiência operacional.

4. Segurança & Conformidade:

- Trabalhar com as equipas de segurança para desenhar, implementar e manter arquiteturas de rede seguras, IAM, encriptação e proteção contra ameaças no Azure.

- Avaliar e remediar vulnerabilidades, garantindo a adesão aos padrões industriais e requisitos regulamentares.

- Estabelecer políticas de privacidade de dados, retenção e recuperação de desastres, alinhando com os planos de continuidade de negócio.

5. Otimização do Desempenho & Gestão de Custos:

- Monitorizar e otimizar a infraestrutura cloud para garantir performance e custo-efetividade, utilizando ferramentas nativas do Azure e soluções de terceiros.

- Realizar planeamento de capacidade e ajuste de performance para sistemas de bases de dados, plataformas de analytics e microserviços.

- Fornecer recomendações sobre a alocação de recursos, estratégias de escalabilidade e potenciais medidas de redução de custos.

6. Colaboração & Liderança:

- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas multifuncionais para traduzir os requisitos de negócio em designs técnicos e roadmaps de projeto.

- Mentorar e orientar arquitetos juniores, engenheiros e developers sobre as melhores práticas do Azure e ferramentas emergentes.

- Apresentar recomendações arquitetónicas, provas de conceito e roadmaps tecnológicos à gestão de topo e stakeholders.

Requisitos:
Qualificações e Experiência:

- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas afins (ou experiência equivalente).
- 5+ anos de experiência no design e implementação de soluções de cloud Azure, incluindo Azure Service Fabric e/ou arquitetura de microserviços.
- Experiência comprovada com serviços de dados Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse Analytics).
- Sólidos conhecimentos em sistemas distribuídos, orquestração de contentores e arquiteturas orientadas a eventos.
- Experiência com Infraestrutura como Código (Terraform, ARM templates ou Bicep) e workflows DevOps (CI/CD, controlo de versões).
- Sólida compreensão de redes, segurança e gestão de identidade no Azure (Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities).
- Familiaridade com bases de dados relacionais (SQL, PostgreSQL) e NoSQL (Cosmos DB).
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, liderança e resolução de problemas.

Competências Preferenciais:

- Certificações Azure como Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, ou Azure Data Engineer Associate.
- Experiência prática com outros serviços de cloud (Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS) para estratégias híbridas/multicloud.
- Exposição a frameworks de big data (Spark, Hadoop) e soluções de machine learning.
- Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
