About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team and support digital transformation initiatives through the ServiceNow platform.

📍 Location: Porto or Lisbon (hybrid)

🗣️ Languages: Fluent Portuguese & English

Key responsibilities

- Define and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc.).
- Develop and configure applications, integrations, and reports.
- Act as a technical reference throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, GRC, App Engine, Integration Hub.
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, and project management skills.
- Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

- ServiceNow certifications and experience in international environments.
