As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll play a key role in our innovative team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our global customers. From powering OTT (Over-the-Top) streaming platforms, one thing’s for certain, your contributions will impact millions of viewers worldwide.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the planning and delivery of complex technical projects, managing cross functional delivery efforts across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders within the company’s ecosystem.
- Coordinate and oversee the project lifecycle, applying structured project management methodologies while adapting to the nuances of technical delivery and engineering constraints.
- Facilitate and lead consistent project/program plans, work closely with senior engineers and technical leads to understand system architecture, guide trade-off decisions, and ensure implementation aligns with technical and business expectations.
- Maintain project execution discipline, driving clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment through accurate planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and interdependencies early, ensuring escalation paths are clear and blockers are proactively addressed in coordination with Delivery and Engineering Managers.
- Own the communication cadence with internal stakeholders, providing transparent status updates, surfacing key risks and opportunities, and ensuring the right level of visibility at all stages.
- Led stakeholder engagement across technology and product, providing clear reporting and strategic updates up to C-level executives to support informed decision-making and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Insist on best practices in software development delivery, working with engineering to embed quality, documentation, and technical standards into the project execution process.
- Managed project scope in close partnership with engineering teams to define the optimal delivery path, establishing phased milestones that ensured technical feasibility, aligned with business goals, and enabled controlled, incremental delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes in a fast-paced environment, helping shape ways of working that promote agility, transparency, and delivery excellence across teams.
- Collaborate closely with managers, teams, and product in shaping and supporting decisions that guide the direction and priorities of the workstream.
- Operate with autonomy and accountability, driving outcomes and fostering a high trust, delivery-focused environment, while partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in management, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience combining technical education with hands-on work in technology-focused roles, such as tech consultancy or similar
- 5+ years of professional experience in the technology sector
- Proven experience in technical project management, working closely with software engineering teams to drive project execution and delivery
- Actively contributed to solution design and architecture, with a strong ability to deep-dive into complex systems, navigate technical challenges, and understand the technical intricacies involved.
- Experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments
- Resilience and the ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy are key for this role
- Highly autonomous and accountable, with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering agreed-upon tasks efficiently and reliably
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures
- Extremely well organised and methodical, but keeping a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience in OTT or Telco sectors is desirable
- Position based in Lisbon with a hybrid office presence
- Fluent in English
