Oracle Cloud HCM Integrator (OIC) – Build & Run

We're hiring for our client an integration expert (4-7 years exp.) to design, develop, and monitor Oracle Cloud HCM flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Your mission

✅ Build: New flows, enhancements, SIRH ↔ payroll/IAM/finance/DWH interfaces

✅ Run: Monitoring, maintenance, continuous improvement, edge case management

✅ Tools: OIC, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs

✅ Ensure: Data fluidity, reliability, security (GDPR), and international interoperability

Required profile

🔹 4-7 years application integration (incl. ≥2 years OIC/iPaaS + ≥3 years SQL/ETL)

🔹 HCM experience mandatory (Core HR minimum)

🔹 Rigor, documentation, architecture reviews, automation mindset

🔹 Operational English (international context)
