🚀 Responsibilities

- Applying microservices architectures effectively and successfully.

- Leveraging NoSQL databases in advanced scenarios (e.g., ElasticSearch, Dynamo, MongoDB, Redis).

- Implementing event-driven architectures and using tools like Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.

- Excelling as a C# (.NET) expert in designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions.

- Identifying opportunities for best practice improvements and driving technical change across teams.

- Supporting the team with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices to maintain platform availability, reliability, and scalability.

- Ensuring adherence to security best practices within the team.

- Partnering across engineering teams to drive key technical decisions and strategies.

- Solving complex technical problems with a strategic, big-picture approach.

- Working effectively in an Agile development environment.

👤 Profile sought

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience: At least 4 years as a Software Engineer.

Technical and Soft Skills:

- Strong expertise in microservices architectures and event-driven systems.

- Proficiency with NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch preferred, Redis, MongoDB or Dynamo).

- Exceptional knowledge of C# (.NET).

- Familiarity with SRE best practices and security protocols.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement best practices across teams.

- Leadership abilities within engineering teams.

- Mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers.

- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Organizational skills to manage multiple work streams effectively.

- Continuous improvement mindset, driving best practice advancements.
