Role Overview: We are looking for a SRE Engineer to integrate one of our largest international partners in the telecommunications sector. It is one of the biggest references in the area, with a significant presence in more than 6 countries. What you will do: - Be Observability Expert/Evangelist; - Create: SLOs, Metrics, Tech Debt, bugs; - Define standards and raise awareness, best practice with product team/squad, lead and enable the right outcomes for customers; - Understand how to define and implement Business metrics that represents Business & Customer outcomes, working with product team, and implement them (in code and in observability stack) - Define/create/implement standard metrics (frontend web, mobile app, microservices, strapi, infra & Apigee) - Define/create/implement standard SLOs. - Work with SRE Platform team to automate implementation of above. - Define/create/identify/implement business metrics for each team (working closely with squads and product/business owner) - Create backlog items for squads - Define/create/identify/implement SLO for each metric. - Provide training/support to squad as to how to create them in Dynatrace What you are like: - At least 2 years of experience with SRE roles; - Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, and other tools; - Experience with projects with an environment where services can be built in mobile, web, integration or backend technologies; Why join us: - Work on challenging projects for big clients - Learn more about emerging technologies - Possibility of working remotely - Design your career plan - Access to continuous training and certifications - Evolve through our internal mobility program - … and much more To apply: Please send your CV to with MVT_SRE in the email subject.
