Procuramos um(a) UI/UX Designer ou Webdesigner para integrar a nossa equipa e participar ativamente no desenho e evolução de produtos digitais centrados no utilizador. A função envolve colaboração próxima com equipas multidisciplinares e contributo em todas as fases do processo de design. Responsabilidades - Colaborar na definição de soluções digitais orientadas para a experiência do utilizador, em contextos web e mobile; - Participar em atividades de pesquisa, identificação e definição de requisitos de UX; - Traduzir necessidades de negócio e dos utilizadores em fluxos, jornadas, wireframes e arquiteturas de informação claras; - Desenvolver protótipos e interfaces de média e alta fidelidade; - Contribuir para a criação, manutenção e melhoria contínua de Design Systems; - Garantir boas práticas de usabilidade, acessibilidade e consistência visual; - Validar soluções através de testes, iteração e UX Quality Assurance; - Articular e justificar decisões de design junto de equipas técnicas e stakeholders; - Aplicar metodologias de design centrado no utilizador e pensamento crítico no dia a dia do projeto. Ferramentas - Figma - Adobe XD - Adobe Creative Cloud Requisitos - Licenciatura em Design, Design Digital, Multimédia ou área equivalente; - Formação ou experiência prática em metodologias de UX e design centrado no utilizador; - Experiência em projetos de UI/UX com implementação real; - Capacidade de comunicação, colaboração e espírito crítico; - Autonomia na gestão de tarefas e adaptação a múltiplos projetos em simultâneo; - Bons conhecimentos de inglês, falado e escrito, em contexto profissional. Valorizamos - Conhecimentos em programação para implementação (HTML/CSS); - Atenção ao detalhe e foco na qualidade da experiência final; - Proatividade e vontade de evoluir tecnicamente; - Capacidade de receber e integrar feedback de forma construtiva.
