We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Senior Business Analyst.

Your Mission Will Be:

- Provide business and functional analysis support, ensuring requirements are well captured and aligned with project goals;
- Manage project follow-up activities, including tracking progress against SLAs and KPIs;
- Develop reports, insights, and recommendations to optimize processes and support decision-making.

You Will Need:

- +4 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst, with exposure to project management follow-up;
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and project governance practices;
- Proven proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation (SQL knowledge is a plus);
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Fluency in English.
