What you'll do
As a member of the Delivery@Scale Organization, you will support SAP customers in the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, leveraging the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
You will be responsible for the delivery of standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant.
In close collaboration with SAP partners and customers, your tasks include:
1. Project delivery as Technical Lead for customers, including support during the requirement gathering phase, analysis of the system landscape, and technical design.
2. Execution and assistance to team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Migration, Upgrades, and Conversions) and support with ongoing projects.
3. Coordinate customer project members, team, and own project tasks.
4. Provide guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure).
5. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
6. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
7. Support in escalated projects.
8. Support for system optimization.
9. Specific expert consulting.
10. Act as a coach for colleagues.
11. Build credible relationships.
What you bring
1. Fluency in English (both written and oral).
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar experience.
3. 8+ years of previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrade, and migration projects.
4. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP HANA DB, Cloud Migrations, Operating Systems (Unix/Windows/Linux), Databases (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB), Performance Tuning.
5. Communication skills with a technical focus.
6. Active member of a technology-related community.
7. SAP Certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA preferred.
8. Experience working in large landscapes/environments/customers.
