WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- English + Portuguese.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce best-practices and architectural standards
- Solid knowledge on Sharing and Security Module of Salesforce
- Work experience on Sales, Service and Experience Cloud
- Expertise in customization and OOTB features of Salesforce
- Integration of Webservices (SOAP and REST)
- LWC and Aura Framework Hands-on
- Experience in implementing CI/CD workflows
- Experience in technical designs, development of solutions and coordination and execution of deployment activities on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in GIT and devops tool like Jenkins to maintain branches and deploy code in higher environment
- Experience in ticket management tool like JIRA to manage tickets and close with in SLA
- Experience in helping team in resolving tickets and implementing change request within defined timelines.
- Solid knowledge on Apex
- Salesforce PD1/Admin certification
- Salesforce Claud and Integration
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients
- Experience in Copado and other tools used for CI/CD
- Experience in tools like informatica.
- Experience in other clouds apart from Sales and Service
