The Senior Project Manager will lead simple to complex programmes or projects to success, coaching junior team members and driving continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects ensuring that key project outcomes are delivered.
- Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, manage key stakeholders and report directly to project sponsors.
- Apply the method to frame and execute programmes, projects and specific complex project streams on time, on quality and on budget.
- Lead meetings, workshops or internal trainings, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results.
- Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow up with clients.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of presentations and reporting for clients and management.
- Provide continuous support and coaching to other team members.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and with clients.
- Ensure efficient management of project resources, including human resources.
Profile & Skills
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, IT or Computer Science or similar areas.
- Fluency in English spoken and written.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management and Consulting.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Great analysis capacity, rigor, and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organisation and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage change and facilitate meetings and training.

Consulting & Transformation (C&T) is part of the COO scope and advises BNP Paribas’ Management, framing, designing and implementing projects and operating models to support global CIB Functions & Business lines.
Project Management Solutions Team supports CIB growth and transformation by providing project management expertise, focusing on design and implementation of new operating models, driving change, acting as trusted advisor, and coordinating resources across regions.
