As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an ambitious and self-driven Design Lead to join our iGaming partner's rapidly growing team

The Opportunity

One of our most successful partner projects has grown to become the largest crypto poker platform in the world. Their rapid success stems from a commitment to building a fast, secure, and transparent gaming experience that appeals to both professional players and beginners. The platform also set a record for hosting the largest online poker pot in history—an incredible $7,750,000

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Design Lead to join and lead a dynamic team of designers dedicated to designing the world's largest crypto poker room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C UI/UX design and experience leading a design team.

As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design vision, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with the Head of Design and Product team to align design strategy with technical requirements, effectively communicating them to your team and ensuring they are considered within project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement high-quality product design strategies that align with our brand, with a strong focus on user-centric design principles.
- Create a user-centered culture in the design team, ensuring UX research strategies support all design proposals.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve user experience, always striving for innovative solutions.
- Break down design briefs, plan, and select the best visual elements (colour, font, visual hierarchy, etc.) to create cohesive, engaging, and highly usable product interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Researchers, and other teams to create seamless, engaging designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Create UX strategies to be implemented in ongoing tasks.
- Lead and manage a design team, allocating tasks based on team members' workload and design skills to ensure efficient project execution.
- Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure smooth handoffs and a cohesive user experience.
- Clearly communicate design choices and solutions during internal reviews, ensuring alignment with the overall design strategy.

What are we looking for?

- 5 years of Design experience, with proven experience in a Lead or Senior role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Experience working on a B2C product, ideally across web and mobile.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the group Head of Design.
- Solid understanding of UX and UI design principles, responsive design and best practices across different platforms, apps, websites and dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Impressive UX design skills with a strong understanding of UI.
- Expert knowledge in design software, especially Figma (design and prototype).
