All applications with skills for the position are welcome We are looking for an Amazing: Application Support Seniority: +4 years Type of position: HYBRID (at Porto) The amazing you, will have: Provide advanced (2nd and 3rd line) support for enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, and security. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents involving applications, integrations, and infrastructure components. Monitor system health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Solar Winds, Grafana, or similar). Manage and maintain application-related databases (Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL, or Postgre SQL) including query optimization and performance tuning. Support and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar). Develop and maintain automation scripts and maintenance tools in Windows (Power Shell) and Linux (Bash/Python). Collaborate with network teams to diagnose connectivity, latency, and security issues. Manage tickets and service requests through ITSM tools (Service Now, Jira Service Management, Remedy, etc.), ensuring compliance with SLAs. Participate in change management, release deployment, and patching activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of procedures, incidents, and configurations.
