Responsibilities

- Gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC file to support due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients.

- Prepare onboarding and recertification of KYC processes, understand purpose of each request, and explain the process to clients.

- Ensure onboarding and recertification requests in systems, create ownership structure and list related persons.

- Conduct initial checks against internal data and databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to be shared with clients and stakeholders.

- Manage information and documents, obtain data required according to segment policy, collect remaining documents from clients, perform analysis with existing documents and update systems with corresponding data analysis.

- Validate all data according to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring due diligence regarding local requirements for multi‑site clients is properly performed.

Qualifications

- Academic background in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar areas.

- Up to 2 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Banking and Financial Operations or similar role.

- Fluency in English.

- Ability to work effectively in a transversal environment and collaborate across different teams, departments and clients.

- Analytical capacity, attention to detail and rigor.

- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment, learn quickly and demonstrate resilience skills.
