The RoleWe are looking formotivated and ambitious Real Estate Agentsto join our growing team. Whether you already have experience or are looking to grow into the luxury market, we providetraining, structure, and leadsto help you succeed.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Securingnew property listings
Managing and closingsales and long-term rentals
Conducting property viewings and negotiations
Building long-term relationships with owners and clients
Consistently achievingmonthly targetsRequirementsReal estate experience is an advantage, butnot mandatory
Fluent inEnglish and Portuguese(additional languages are a plus)
Strong communication and commercial mindset
Own car and laptop
Based in theAlgarve / Faro region is a plusWho This Role Is ForAgents who want to grow in theluxury real estate market
