We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & PR/Communications Associate to support our Manager of Communications & PR.
This is a key role acting as the PR and Comms Manager's right hand, keeping operations structured, coordinated, and running smoothly. If you excel at organization, operational precision, and are motivated by results-driven impact, we'd love to hear from you.
#ABOUTTHEJOB
- Support the planning and coordination of PR and media activities
- Build media lists, assist with outreach, and track coverage and KPIs
- Maintain organisation in ClickUp, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Help develop press materials, and briefing documents
- Help keep internal workflows and deliverables on schedule
- Maintain press kits, editorial calendars, and content libraries
- Step into delegated responsibilities when needed to ensure continuity and consistent progress
#ABOUTYOU
- 5+ years' experience in executive support and PR, communications, or media operations
- Exceptional organisational and workflow-management skills.
- Strong command of tech: ClickUp, SharePoint (or similar), and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent writing abilities in English + one additional language, with strong attention to detail
- Reliability, structure, and mental flexibility.
- Enjoyment of organizational and operational tools, and collaborative, results-driven work partnering closely with the director.
