Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle with respect to sales agreements and various other contracts.
- Negotiation of standard contracts as well as customer‑specific contracts and negotiations directly with distributors, vendors, etc.
- Collaborate with local business leaders and advise on legal risks and issues related to the Company’s business, including sales, purchasing, HR, product, corporate and dispute resolution.
- Take charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of agreements and collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, HR and Product.
- This is a 100% remote position in Portugal.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
- Experience supporting Sales.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills in English, including work experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
