We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to join a growing RPA and Intelligent Automation team based in Lisbon. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Appian development and hands-on experience delivering process automation solutions within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and implement Appian-based applications and workflows.
- Develop automation solutions aligned with RPA and business process optimization goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated processes.
- Maintain and evolve existing Appian applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams in hybrid agile environments.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise throughout the automation lifecycle.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Appian development.
- Experience working in RPA environments.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and low-code application design.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode in Lisbon (mandatory).
- Familiarity with automation best practices and enterprise-level application standards.
- Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and capacity to work in collaborative teams.
