Sempre Technology is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians from across Europe who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Join one of our trusted Dutch partners and work in a modern, high-performance production environment where technology and teamwork keep the lines moving.

Your Role:

As part of the on-site technical team, you'll make sure that machinery and systems run at their best every single day. From tackling breakdowns to improving performance, you'll be the expert ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

You'll be responsible for:

- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
- Performing technical inspections and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting upgrades and process optimizations
- Contributing to a safe, well-organized, and high-performing production environment

What You Bring:

- A technical education in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance or service technician in a production setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with PLC systems or automation (a plus)
- A proactive, flexible attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
- Good communication skills in English

- Competitive salary: €3,500 - €4,000 per month, depending on experience
- 25 vacation days + 7 public holidays
- 8.33% holiday allowance (paid annually)
- Paid pension contributions during your first 1.5 years
- Travel allowance (€0.23/km up to 40 km each way)
