We're Hiring: Machine Learning Specialist (2x Lisbon)

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Specialist to lead and develop advanced AI and ML solutions, including generative AI initiatives. If you combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, this role is for you.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Specialist.
- Strong experience developing ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Python and key ML libraries.
- Experience working with large-scale data and distributed processing.
- Practical understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Team leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop ML and Generative AI models and pipelines.
- Build, optimize and maintain traditional ML solutions for various use cases.
- Work with large datasets, feature engineering and data preparation.
- Contribute to MLOps automation, deployment and monitoring.
- Communicate analytical insights clearly and effectively.
- Stay up to date with trends in AI and ML.
- Support team growth and act as a technical reference.
- Collaborate in pre-sales activities when needed.
