Job Overview We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding digital banking platforms and fintech applications
- Resolve complex payment processing, transaction, and account-related inquiries with precision
- Maintain clear, professional communication in Danish to ensure superior user satisfaction
- Analyze account security and fraud prevention protocols within the FinTech regulatory framework
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and elevate platform-specific issues
- Educate users on new product features and sophisticated fintech service integrations
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations while maintaining data integrity Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- A keen interest in the FinTech industry and digital financial trends
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
